Client Agreement

1:1 Sessions & Mentorship

This Agreement outlines the terms between Emma G. Dunne (“Mentor”) and the client (“Client”). By booking, you agree to the following:

1. Services

The Mentor agrees to provide the Client with Private Sessions (1:1) which may include soul alignment mentorship, subconscious healing, spiritual guidance, energy work, and personal transformation.

  • These sessions are intended for personal, recreational, and educational purposes.

  • Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are under medical or psychological care, you agree to consult with your provider before engaging in these sessions.

3. Sessions:

  • Sessions are delivered via Zoom (or as otherwise agreed).

  • Session length: approximately 60-90mins.

  • If recorded, recordings are for the Client’s private use only and may not be shared publicly.

4. Payments

  • The Client agrees to pay the full fee, as agreed, prior to the commencement of the Service.

  • Fees are as stated at the time of booking.

  • Payment secures the booking - sessions will proceed once payment is received.

5. Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made/commenced, including for completed sessions, or if the Client withdraws, or if the Client does not attend a session.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session.

  • If the Mentor must cancel, the Client will be offered an alternative time.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Disclaimer

  • Services are personal, recreational and educational guidance only.

  • The Client is responsible for their own choices, actions, and outcomes.

  • Results are not guaranteed, as transformation depends on the Client’s participation and integration.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Mentor is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the Client’s use of the Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and session recordings provided by the Mentor remain the intellectual property of Emma Dunne and may not be shared, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Client Acknowledgement

By booking and paying for 1:1 Private Sessions, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.This is a legally binding agreement between the Client and Mentor.
